Various programmes for the students are organised from time to time their life skills. At Lady LRD Public School, students participate in a well-established and effective house programmes. The house system fosters a sense of school spirit and assists with the development of qualities such as persistence, pride, loyalty and determination. The house structure creates an opportunity for students to become involved in the organizational aspects of the school. It enhances students connectivity to the school and promotes greater participation in co-curricular activities, in functioning and working of the school. The entire strength of the school has been divided into four houses with Senior Teachers as house incharges. All the houses are actively involved in smooth and systematic functioning of the school. Each house remains on duty for two weeks and looks after :
a) Morning Assembly c) News & Current Information e) CPT Programmes b) Discipline d) Inter House Competitions
The students from class I to X are divided into four houses. House system inculcates: –
(i) Spirit of competition.
(ii) Team work.
(iii) Sense of responsibility.
(iv) Unity.
(v) Develop in all spheres of education etc.
There are four houses from class Ist to 3rd –
Students are equally divided in four houses.
There is one house in-charge (Teacher) and all the teachers are equally divided four each house.
There is one captain and one vice-captain for each house (students). House in-charges conduct meetings and select captain and vice-captain-for conducting-different activities and competitions as scheduled in school calendar. House teachers help the students to prepare themselves for different competitions (on Saturday).
House wise competitions-provides them a platform to show their talents. Children become confident and get prepared for future.
