Fee Policy
Fee Payment Schedule
- Annual Fee: A one-time annual fee is payable at the beginning of each academic year. This fee covers tuition, activities, and other essential services.
- Term Fees: Term fees are to be paid quarterly, as per the school’s schedule.
- Transportation Services & Fee Structure:
- The transportation fee is separate from the tuition fees.
- It is based on the distance from the school, the number of students availing the service, and the bus routes.
- Details of the transportation fee structure are provided at the time of admission and are available on request.
- Payments should be made on or before the due date.

Note
- A late fee of Rs. 20/- will be levied on overdue payments to encourage timely payment and avoid any disruption in services.
- Term fees and transportation fees must be paid together.
Mode of Payment
- Cash Transactions Not Accepted: The school does not accept cash transactions for transportation fees.
- Payments via EduSecure App: All payments for transportation services must be made through the EduSecure App only.
- Offline Payment Option: For offline payments, parents can visit the school’s fee counter to collect the fee challan. Direct bank transactions without a fee challan are not permitted.

Fee Exemptions and Concessions
- Siblings: Families with more than one child enrolled in the school may be eligible for a sibling discount.
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Exceptional students, based on academic performance, may be eligible for scholarships that partially or fully waive their fees.

- Extracurricular Activities: Optional activities such as sports, arts, music, and field trips may carry additional charges.
- Uniforms: School uniforms are purchased separately and are available through the designated suppliers.
Fee Revisions
Fee revisions may occur annually to account for inflation, enhanced facilities, or improvements in educational resources. Parents will be notified in advance about any changes to the fee structure.
