Houses

To ensure the effective management of school activities, maintain discipline, and foster a spirit of unity, teamwork, and healthy competition, Lady LRD Public School has a well-organized House System. This system encourages students to develop leadership skills, build camaraderie, and actively participate in academic, cultural, and sports activities.

The school is divided into four houses, each with a unique identity, color, and motto that reflects core values and virtues:

1. Jagriti (Yellow) 

"Non-violence is the highest virtue."
Jagriti House symbolizes peace, compassion, and righteousness. It inspires students to embrace non-violence, truth, and moral integrity in their actions and interactions.

2. Kriti (Green) 

"Legacy is immortal."
Kriti House represents creativity, perseverance, and contribution. It encourages students to leave a lasting impact through their actions, knowledge, and positive influence.

3. Pragati (Blue)  

"Hard work is the key to success."
Pragati House embodies the spirit of determination, growth, and progress. It motivates students to put in dedicated efforts and strive for excellence in every field.

4. Smriti (Red) 

"Knowledge brings humility."

Smriti House stands for wisdom, humility, and enlightenment. It instills in students the belief that true learning leads to humility and a deep sense of responsibility.

Objectives & Activities of the House System

Leadership Development: Each house is led by a House Captain, Vice-Captain, and a

House Incharge (Teacher Coordinator) who guide students in various activities. Inter-House Competitions: Students participate in sports, debates, quizzes, cultural events, and social initiatives, promoting teamwork and confidence.

Discipline & Character Building: The house system encourages students to uphold school discipline, values, and a sense of responsibility.

 House Points & Recognition: Points are awarded based on academic performance, behavior, participation, and achievements. The house with the highest score is honored with the Best House Trophy at the end of the session.

Through the House System, Lady LRD Public School nurtures a spirit of unity, excellence, and holistic development, preparing students to become responsible, confident, and compassionate individuals.
